I ordered my custom dress back when KatrinFavor was on Etsy in Summer 2023. Two years later, I decided to take the time to go to their website to find the exact listing for my dress because of how pleased I was with everything. I was blown away by their customer service and was amazed how EXACT the dress came out looking compared to the pics and measurements. The quality was just as good if not better (especially for the price) comparing to bridal shops I've visited in person in the U.S. Well sewn, sturdy, quality fabrics, beautiful designs. I also loved how they walked me through every step of the measuring process to input my custom measurements in order to make sure the dress was made to fit.

I decided to go with a white fabric instead of the off-white as depicted. They were very thorough with showing me the fabric alternative since they didn't have the exact lace design in a white color, but still very close. I love how transparent they are, and how they strive to make sure you 100% know what you're paying for and that get everything you want in your dress, even with modifications.

Overall, I would 10/10 highly recommend KatrinFavor Boutique to everyone and have even recommended them to my friends for their wedding!

Professional work of art, the dress came exactly fitting my measurements it took about a 6-7 weeks in preparation and another almost 15-17 days for shipping.

I found this shop originally on Etsy and had started communication with Ekatrina about dress design. I live in Texas, and Ekatrina was always very quick to respond to any questions I had or with collaboration. She combined two designs I liked that she made into one dress. She sent me a sketch of the design very quickly after discussing color and material, which I absolutely loved! Her communication with the whole process was very kind and patient, and she made sure all of the details were correct before I paid and for her and her team to start. I had told her my timeline of when I needed my dress, and she delivered! My dress was EXACTLY to her sketch! It fit perfectly (I gave her my measurements). Her pricing is absolutely AMAZING for her quality of design. My dress was and is very well made. I had my wedding in Ireland and everyone loved the dress and inquired about where I got it from. You will be very proud and happy to have a dress made by Ekatrina and her team. It can be scary to order a dress for your special day online and maybe from overseas, but Katrin Favor Boutique is trustworthy and quality! I ordered this beautiful dress from the US. Katrin Favor made it very easy for me to measure properly by sending pictures to me and they were so good in responding via WhatsApp. I takes about 6 weeks from when I ordered till it shipped to me.
