Dear customers, in our store, you have the opportunity to purchase a high-quality wedding dress as if you were shopping at the finest bridal salons in your city. When you place an order with us, you are ordering directly from the manufacturer. We do not have an offline store or warehouse because all of our dresses are custom-made for each client. This allows us to offer you high-quality dresses made from premium materials at affordable prices.

When ordering a dress from us, we recommend trying on different designs in local salons first to understand which silhouettes and fabrics suit you best. We will assist you in taking accurate measurements to ensure the dress fits you perfectly. With our extensive experience in tailoring both standard and custom-sized dresses, we can confidently serve you, even remotely. However, it’s important to understand that there may still be a small chance that you’ll need minor adjustments by a local tailor for the perfect fit, as every woman’s body and vision of the ideal fit are unique. Nevertheless, before producing the dress, we always double-check the key measurements to ensure it will fit your size.

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• If the dress measurements do not match the measurements you provided.
• If the design does not match the photo or sketch (for custom orders).
• If the dress has defects.
• If the dress was shipped later than the agreed production time.

You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the package.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs and compensating for any damages if the dress is returned in a non-original condition.
