How to Take Your Measurements
I am beyond pleased with the customer service of Katrin. First of all, her communication goes above and beyond. Responding instantly even if it was late already in Ukraine. She helped me modify the style gown to my liking and even made a sketch of it to confirm that that is what I had in mind. When I received the gown there was a detail that I hadn't asked for but Katrin was so gracious and she gave me a partial refund because I had to go to a seamstress to fix it. The seamstress actually couldn't believe that I had ordered it online. She said the workmanship and fabric of the gown looks like it could've costed me $1000. There is just one detail if anyone orders this fabric; the glitter sheds all over, so just beware of that. Otherwise this has been a very pleasant experience shopping with Katrin favor Boutique.
